Operations (defined in AGENTS.md — follow them exactly)
- ingest — raw source → summarize into the right Account/Deal/Topic page, extract new people, capture action items, flag contradictions, archive the raw file, log it.
- query — read index.md first, drill into pages, follow [[links]], synthesize with citations to vault pages, and offer to file good answers back as new pages.
- lint — scan for contradictions, orphans, stale Next Actions, missing cross-refs, and inbox backlog. Produce a report and WAIT for approval before fixing.
Hard rules (from AGENTS.md)
- Never delete files in
raw/— archive only. - Never overwrite history entries — always prepend new dated entries.
- Always flag contradictions with
